We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I don’t know why I didn’t get these a long time ago!! I am so happy with these tables and chairs! Not too difficult to put together, and once they are, they are comfortable and very good looking! They elevate any sitting area setting! The only reason it was not 5 stars was due to the company that ships them, I had a pretty bad experience with that other company(Ceva). But it’s also a known issue with them."
"We’ve been slowly replacing backyard furniture with Polywood for about 4 years and this was the last set! We are so glad we switched to Polywood. With a pool, the furniture gets used a lot and since we live in Ohio, it also has to withstand winter weather. This finally makes the backyard complete. The chairs are sturdy but not so heavy that a 5 year old can’t move them. The table is a great size and seems big but with 8 people, food, drinks, etc it’s perfect. I put it together myself (my husband was working and I couldn’t wait!) and it took me about 2. 5 hours total. The table was a challenge as it’s heavy and reinforced with metal but nevertheless success! We are looking forward to using this for many years to come!"

"Our set arrived with the delivery company 10 days before it was delivered to our home. The delivery company refused to deliver residentially on the weekend. Then they couldn't deliver for an additional 4 days because they wanted to drop off the set on a tractor trailer that wouldn't fit up our drive way. When we finally started to put the set together the screws for the table top were not included. We reached out to Polywood about the problem hoping they would put in a rush delivery. We waited another week for just the screws to be delivered. We knew our furniture would take 3 months to arrive but at this point it's taking another month just for assembly. Would not purchase from this company again. They have no accountability whatsoever."
