We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Ordered Lime colored rockers. Do not like the polywood lime color. Should have exchanged for another color but had already assembled and recycled packaging. This was my first time ordering Pollywood. I have bought similar polymer wood furniture and I feel the quality was much better. I would describe the lime color is more similar to avocado green."
"Horrible customer service. No one to talk to and all they will do is go back and forth in email. I received a defective rocker in the set I purchased and I am getting the run around and being told replacement parts will be sent and ticket closed. However, they aren’t even understanding the full problem. And I certainly didn’t spend this kind of money to get a defective chair that they can just fix. I expect a replacement and they are making it very hard, Sonoma. Is to return whole set"

"We were already familiar with Polywood as we have rockers and chairs already. However, we needed new rockers by our outdoor fireplace. These look amazing and were fairly easy to put together. Unlike some other reviews, all holes lined up and all hardware worked. Both chairs and table were together and being used within 30 mins. Always love Polywood and will continue to buy more. It is more expensive, but we’ve found that it is worth it."

"I have owned Polywood brand furniture previously but was very disappointed with my latest purchase. These pieces did not have the overall quality and sturdiness of prior pieces from several years ago. I had to drill several holes that were supposed to have been done and reattach several pieces that were not attached as they should have been from the factory. I will not order this type of furniture online if possible again. I will touch it before I buy it in the future."
