We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Table and chairs delivered as promised on-time. All materials were in good condition . Be warned that as a plastic material, the table will scratch if dragged on a hard uneven surface like concrete or gravel when removing it from the box. Putting the table legs on was easy though we needed a ratchet not provided for part of the assembly. A wrench would work as an alternative. The table does not wobble nor do the chairs. The chairs are comfortable and the whole set is attractive. And yes, all the pieces are sturdy and look like they will last many years. So far, we are pleased with the quality and looks of the set."

"It is very good furniture. But it is also very heavy. Maybe too heavy for a deck. If I were to do it over, I might go with a lighter weight alternative. Can promise you I will be leaving the table out all year round! No way am I moving that thing in for the winter."

We were tired of replacing costly furniture because it became rusty and discolored every two years. The quality of our purchase is beyond what we anticipated and it is made right here in the USA. We also purchased the cushions to go on the chairs and the dog feeder for our three furry family members when they play outside and need a drink, These were also high quality made products and we are pleased. The only thing I would change would be the packaging tape from plastic to paper tape. We did remove all tape before recycling the cardboard, but it was quite a job. It is nice to have furniture that came from recycled products and is beautifully made. We would highly recommend your products to anyone looking for beautiful quality made products. We have had many compliments on our new furniture. Keep up the great work."
