We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I am really pleased with the Shaker rocking chairs and table. Aside from looking great, I'm happy I won't have to paint them every year (our front porch receives a lot of sun). The design and material of the chair are high-quality. I would prefer the back to slope a bit more, as it feels quite upright. Lastly, one of the pre-assembled pieces was missing a screw. Overall, I highly recommend these chairs."
"I can’t give zero stars of that’s exactly what I would give. We finally got ahold of LaToya M today and she was super helpful. Her help is absolutely the only reason that we got tracking/updated information. She should be commended for her willingness to help and was excellent. We received our order and it was wrong/missing parts. Multiple calls and emails with zero information other than looking into it. The only reason we would ever buy anything else from you is because of the service LaToya provided. We have purchased $1300 worth of Shaker chair sets and that is a good amount of money to us. Maybe not to some, but we feel like that is significant. Please pass along how much we appreciate her help and she deserves the five star review not the others who were supposed to help with our order. I sincerely hope that everyone who places an order does not have to go through the mess we have been through. It should have been simple to send one chair and a set of back slats. That could not be further from the truth."

"The slats in the back don’t fit right they were not all screwed inside loose piece and the pieces were all different lengths. Had to drill holes in one just to make the slat stay in. I hate the way it looks. We had to cut a few down just to fit them closer."
