Could this be used as seating on one side of the Rustic Farmhouse dining table (75" wide)? I would put the vineyard dining chairs on the opposite side. It looks like the height of the sofa is the same as the dining chairs and the arms of the sofa would clear (21.5 inches). Would the legs of the sofa and the base/legs of the table be a problem from the standpoint of the sofa being positioned too far from the table for people to eat? Trying to figure out the positioning of the sofa relative to the table - I know it would be too heavy for the sofa to be regularly moved closer and farther from the table so trying to figure out if its doable or if you'd recommend against it. While the Vineyard Deep Seating Sofa and the Rustic Farmhouse 39" x 75" Dining Table may seem like a potential pairing, we would not recommend using the sofa as dining seating for a few reasons. Although the arm height (21.5") does clear the table, the seat height of the sofa is lower than that of a standard dining chair, which can make eating at the table uncomfortable. Additionally, the depth of the sofa and the position of its legs relative to the table legs would likely place diners too far from the tabletop to eat comfortably, and as you mentioned, moving the sofa regularly wouldn’t be practical due to its weight. For optimal dining comfort and functionality, we recommend using traditional dining chairs or a bench—such as the Rustic Farmhouse 60" Backless Bench (SKU: PL36-T3L2)—which is designed to pair with the table in both height and style. What is the best deep seating collection for tall people? I’ve been looking at the vineyard collection and like the look of it, however, some of the reviews are leading me to think it might be small and uncomfortable for tall people. Could this be used as seating on one side of the Farmhouse Trestle 37" x 72" Dining Table? I looked at the dimensions and it seems like it could work - I believe the seat height is the same as the Vineyard dining side and arm chairs, which I would purchase for the opposite side of the dining table and for the ends of the table. Is this something you've seen done before or would you recommend against this?

Hi Jen, The Vineyard Deep Seating Sofa's overall width is 74" and will be longer than the dining table. Aside from that, the seat height of 17 inches (with cushion) is the same as a dining chair and should work if you want to use it in a dining configuration. Is there a reason the cushions don’t slip on this model but do on the Prescott and Harbour models? I noticed people complain in the reviews if the latter two, but not for the Vineyard. Thank you!

Hello Alice, Thank you for reaching out to us about our Deep Seating products. All of our deep seating cushions do not come with ties for them as we recommend flipping them regularly. So they all have a tendency to slip or slide around depending on how you sit on them. The Vineyard does sometimes slip or move around a bit like the other sets do. Thanks -Jason

I do apologize the fabric in that photo is a Sunbrella color fabric and is not one we use anymore as we now use Revolution Fabric. Can you get seating that is more firm. I see that you describe the seating as soft?

Hello Bryan, You can get seating that is not 'soft'. but it will not be classified as Deep Seating and will not have cushions on it. Any of our Deep Seating furniture, that has cushions as a part of the design and product, will be considered soft due to the thick cushions on them. We do not have any sofas available without cushions, but we do have benches. I hope this helps, Mindy

Do you sell replacement seat cushions in case we need them in a few years?

We have many customers who like to have options, so that they can switch them out for the seasons or on Holidays. They are not able to be purchased online, If you would like to purchase an additional set, please call in to Customer Service at 855-935-5550, Mon-Fri 8am-7pm EST, with your original order information. What is the weight capacity on this sofa?

Does this couch have a nice lean back to it or is it more up right sitting?
