We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Met all our expectations."
"Ordered two of these chairs. First came with pilot holes that didn't match. Second came without any legs. After waiting 45 minutes three times before being forced to leave a voicemail the last order I had issues with, I tried to email and file a replacement order but NINE business days later, I have yet to receive a response, let alone replacement parts/how they plan to rectify these issues. UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
"Love the vintage color & higher seat."
"We had four of these last summer and just bought two more. We first saw these chairs at a high end AirBNB a few years ago and we knew we wanted them. They are good looking, comfortable and low maintenance. We really love the upright version because this chair makes it easier eat and drink in. The arm is wide enough to hold a coffee cup but we bought Breo cup holders to attach to the arm. The cupholders have a slot to hold a wine glass."

"The chair has been good but we didn’t receive any hardware in one of the chairs. This has not happed 3 times in our orders. It’s just a pain to reach out to polywood then hope you connect with someone and way a few days for the hardware kit."
"Once we had the chairs togetther, we were very satisfied with how they look on our new patio. They're also very comfortable. One suggestion I would have in the assembly. It was nearly impossible to get the pre-drilled holes liined up to attach the back last, as in the insturctions. We spent quite some time trying and finally I took off both rear legs, lined up the holes for the back, legs and arm rests and we able to get it done. The second chair went together in minutes using this process. Great product."
