We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.
NOTE: New orders will follow current lead times and pricing.

"We are very happy with the quality of the products and the ease of assembly. However, if you live in an area that is not conducive to a 18 wheeler coming down your street, the delivery process is extremely difficult. It required multiple phone calls emails and eventually we needed to drive to the freight company an hour away and load our cars up multiple times to get everything."
"Nice couch, but some of the pieces didn’t go in correctly all the way, so it’s a little bit unstable. When I tried to contact Pollywood, they weren’t very helpful. I wouldn’t recommend the Customer Service."
"Back cushioned understuffed. It looks much cheaper than the price we paid. Overall, disappointed with the whole proces"
"It look about one hour to assemble it all with my husband. It's very comfortable and great quality!"
"We received half of our order in the wrong color and customer service won’t work with us to get the color we want. Pretty disappointing experience overall."
"Service was fantastic"
"Love it!!"
"Very well built. Sturdy. Certainly seems like it was last a long time. Cushions are thick and comfy. Some of the pilot holes for the screws didn't 100% match up but if you keep all the screws loose, you can wedge the tight ones in there. We might actually add another seat to the set! Pricey but good quality."
"We love our Polywood sectional couch, dining table and chairs, ottomans, and chairs. One part was delivered with screw holes drilled incorrectly, but connecting with Polywood by email was very easy and new materials were immediately sent. The quality of the furniture and customer service is outstanding."
"Love this sectional on our screened-in patio. Super sturdy construction and modular design leaves room to grow. I was concerned about pillows popping out between slats after reading so many reviews of the EDGE pieces. Our local salesperson said she didn't think this was an issue with the Braxton design, and so far she has been proved right. I wonder if the texture of the fabric impacts sliding as well -- the natural linen Sunbrella on our set also seems to create enough friction to hold things in place. Pollywood fan for life -- love the sustainability of recycled plastics and the USA manufacturing!"
