I have purchased a lot of Polywood pieces and the screws are fairly small and blend into the color. However, on my new navy chairs there are small imbedded screws on some areas, but on the sides there are large and very noticeable, shiny silver screws that really are unattractive to the chair and make them look cheap. Is this the way they are designed or did my store assemble them with the wrong screws?

Hello Cindy, On some of our colors, we have screws that will match, for example on the black. On the vibrant colors, the screws are silver or chrome and will not match the color. The store you purchased from did in fact assemble it correctly. I appreciate the feedback on the look of hardware that way, and will certainly pass that on to the design teams for review. I’ve seen these offered and they are 100% recycled plastic. I see you use some wood. Can you tell me why. Does it make them sturdier or are you trying to use these natural resources that would otherwise go into landfill just like plastic. What’s the percentage of wood to plastic. I ask because some chairs that are 100% plastic have a lifetime guarantee. Just curious. I purchased your little side table and I will be buying 2 chairs because I love your product.

Hello Wendie, We do not use any wood in our furniture. We call the recycled HDPE plastic material 'lumber', but it is not wood. We have fabric, weave, sling and any hardware components, but the majority of the furniture is made of the recycled HDPE POLYWOOD lumber. Hi....I have a Polywood high table and chairs that are white...I purchased it several years ago..(.over 10 yrs), and of course it sits on the balcony over the ocean in Calif....it has turned a bit gray but you can still clean it but wondering how to clean it so it's white again. I don't want to have to paint it but is there a product you would reccommend that would scrub off the damage that the salt water has done? They are still in very good shape but look a bit dirty but they're not....thank you.

This is the link for our typical care and maintenance and below is for tougher-to-remove stains. https://www.polywood.com/care-maintenance These methods may require soaking for up to 30 minutes. **Cleaning Stains/Hard water:** Use a combination of vinegar and distilled water. **Removing Dirt and debris:** Use Outdoor Furniture Cleaner (we recommend 303 or Starbrite Brands) or ⅓ bleach and ⅔ water mixture. Scrub with a soft bristle brush before power washing. **(Use rubber gloves to prevent skin contact with bleach solution.)** Pressure wash under 1500psi. **Removing Sap:** We recommend using rubbing alcohol or a 1:1 vinegar and water mixture. **Stubborn Stains:** Graffiti Remover Spray can be recommended Thanks -Jason

Is there a foldable version of this chair?
