We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"This was actually not our first choice. I have a roof deck in a 5-story building, built in the 1800s. No elevator. We bought a wicker sectional, and it did not fit up the spiral staircase. The furniture store did not offer Polywood, but they recommended it for our situation. The furniture can be carried up and assembled on the roof. We're really happy with it. The Edge is comfortable and looks great. Some outdoor couches I've tried were too low or too deep. This is just right - supportive and easy to stand up from. I wish the top pillows had ties to the frame in case of high winds, but I can add those. I'm glad it's low-maintenance. The customer service and delivery were great too."

"Ordered several pieces in the black with weathered tweed cushions. Love the color options, the combination I chose, the cushions are very comfortable and the frame is very solid and sturdy. Hoping this will last for many years to come. I especially like that the sectional comes apart so that we can reposition as needed. I paid for the white glove delivery and assembly. They did not make our first appointment, which was extremely frustrating since we planned our Saturday around them, but the team that did end up coming the following Tuesday was very professional and courteous. Assembly was much easier than I expected and I should have put it together myself. A few of the pieces that were already assembled, were crooked and one of the pieces has a screw coming through the front. That was disappointing to see, considering the price. The cushions are NOT water resistant, they are like a sponge. Luckily our set is on a covered patio. They are however much more comfortable than your standard patio cushions. Overall happy with our purchase."

"I really do love this set. I know others have had issues with cushions and upon reading that we made sure to buy high quality covers from The Coverstore and we keep them covered at all times when not using. So far we haven't had any issues with the cushions molding or mildewing. We do often flip them and rotate them to keep them from wearing and we have had great success with that and they still look brand new! We always look at the weather and fold the covers over the back and when we are done in the evening we recover them. They have stayed out now through 2 summers and 2 Winters and so far so good! This is a really comfortable set and we enjoy entertaining with it. Really our only issue has been the cushions sliding around and literally sliding off the seats and out of the end of the arms. If there was just even a slight lip there or if the arm sides were enclosed this would definitely be five stars for me. I'm still glad I bought it and we still recommend Polywood to all our friends just not this particular set unfortunately. Again I highly do recommend their products. We also have a 4 chair set and a fire pit from them and all are wonderful and clean up and care is so easy!"
