We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"The table is solid, well-made, and worth 5 stars. Once assembled, it looks great and feels sturdy. HOWEVER - The chairs are a complete disaster. They arrived already “assembled” but the workmanship is shockingly bad — crooked joints, large gaps, poorly aligned pieces, wobbly, and visible flaws (see photos). They feel unstable and unsafe to sit on. These are not just disappointing, they are unacceptable for the price point. This is our first time buying Polywood and we did not expect this at all."

"My new Plywood chairs are very sturdy, solid, and look great (aside from a few frayed pieces of plastic at the joints where the chair frame connects to the seat and back). My issues are with the shipping and customer service. I would expect a lot better when paying this much. Shipping notices sent to me via email were inaccurate on delivery dates. My order came in two separate shipments, which is fine, but the emails and tracking info on when to expect the orders were incorrect. When the items arrived, the boxes they were in were damaged, ripped open and the chairs were covered in dirt (although not damaged, thankfully). When I tried to flag these issues with customer service, the selections for what you can report as a customer service issue are so limited that it was nearly impossible to just email customer service and let them know that when you're paying top dollar for a product like this, the delivery of the items should match the quality of the item purchased."

"Absolutely love our new edge dining side chair. I have been looking for furniture that will last as I am so tired of replacing every few years. These chairs are super sturdy and look great. It’s not easy to find furniture that works for my husband as he is a big guy (6’4” 300lbs) and he fits great in these. They aren’t super comfortable after sitting in them for over an hour but I did order the cushions so that should help. Will definitely be adding on to this set :)"
"The table and chairs look nice and are heavy and mostly sturdy however several of the chairs have bent legs and the table top is not level on the ends. The top slopes /is bent on one end. The chairs should probably have a cross member to connect the 2 sides to prevent them from bending. I would have expected better workmanship for a table set in this price range. ."
