We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"After HOURS of research and reading ALL the reviews I decided polywood was for me. As we live in a condo in NH and would not have storage. I was hesitant to purchase as there were a lot of reviews about being difficult to assemble and having freight dropped off in the street. The freight was dropped off INSIDE our garage. There were a lot of boxes and two pallets (will require a trip to the dump). Assembly was a breeze. They give you all the tools you need. As far as the holes not lining up in many reviews, it is simple. You get one hole to match up and tighten it lightly. Then you do another hole. It might be a bit off, but all you need is for the screw to catch. And slowly go around to each screw and tighten a little at a time; it takes a little elbow grease. I ordered black with dune burlap as I like the look of light colored cushions. I immediately regretted this when I sat down for the first time and put my bare (wet) feet on the ottoman. The tiny bit of “dirty” water on my feet stained the brand new cushions. I HIGHLY reccomend getting a dark color for peace of mind. The cushions are removable BUT there are no tie downs to secure it to the furniture. I hope this review helps someone like the others helped me. Thank you polywood!"

"We thought the furniture was nice based on the description, but we didn't realize how nice it was until we saw it in person. The materials are highest quality and lifetime pieces. But what was even better was the assembly instruction and the engineering of the assembly sequence/parts. Everything fits as it should and is quite simple on the customer. It is the opposite of what some big name stores do to their customers with furniture--you know the one--I**A--where you have 1,000 parts and a complex process to do all the assembly labor that shopuld have already been paid for. Plus we had an issue on a couple pieces--they had someone out the next day to pick them up. Amazing. Well done Polywood! We will shop for more on our other deck soon!"
