We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Hasn’t been delivered yet"
"We previously purchased a couple Adirondacks and have had no issues with them. This set comes nowhere near the same quality. The tabletop was completely missing screws that should have been installed at the factory. Two "factory installed" screws simply fell out when the tabletop was turned upright. The cross-supports that should have been cut to 90 degrees looked more like a two-year-old had been playing with a miter saw. We will use the set until I can order something different, or until the rest of the screws fall out. Considering the price we paid for such a poor quality set, I doubt we will ever order from Polywood again."

"Pro’s: Color choice and a higher table. Con’s: the back of the chair doesn’t have the ergonomic feel like the other set I purchased a few years ago. The side arms are also not as wide or for comfortable. Overall: the set is fine for brief periods of sitting but not nearly as comfortable as I had hoped for."

"Overall the product is excellent. We found it at a VRBO and contacted the owner. It was a beach house in CA on the water and the furniture looked almost new, but was 7 years old. It seems to hold up very well. We are very happy with the product! Please note that building the furniture will take time, like most build it yourself products, there is a learning curve to the "tricks" on how to build it much faster. Our first chair took an hour while the other three took 20-30 minutes. A lightweight and powerful cordless drill with bits is very necessary, doing ot without will double the time to construct. We have recommended to several folks already. . . ."
