We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.
NOTE: New orders will follow current lead times and pricing.

"Love our new patio furniture - comfy and elevates the space. One quibble is that the delivery people were not experienced enough to figure out why they were having issues putting together the glass part of the firepit table. Now I have to figure it out myself or hope the delivery people put in the request to send someone out to fix this issue."
"We love our new outdoor seating furniture! The color is teak. It's beautiful and sturdy. The fire table works great! We cannot wait for the summer weather to cool down so we can enjoy the fire. I like that the fire table came with a cover. We ordered the deep-seating table set along with a dining table, six dining chairs, and an umbrella. It all arrived in excellent condition and was surprisingly easy to put together - with two people and a drill. Two small leg pieces were missing from the deep-seating sofa box. But it was easy to fill out an online form at polywood. com. The pieces arrived within a few days, and we attached them right away. I know there are multiple retailers that sell Polywood furniture, but I'm glad we ordered ours directly from their website. When you get your order, I highly recommend peeling off the serial number stickers on each piece and saving them for future reference."
"The installation was super easy. Since it is heavy-duty it's good to have two people to put together, it just makes it easier and quicker. We had to contact customer service because we were missing a set of cushions and they responded very quickly and expedited them out right away. The quality is excellent! Deep, firm cushions and very comfortable. Love the gas fire pit. It's so cozy having morning coffee on a cool morning or a night cap as the sun goes down. We added a 2-seater to make room for family members. We feel like we're at a resort. We have our own little oasis."
"We love the Lakeside Deep Seating Fire Pit Table set. Very comfortable. Haven’t used the fire pit yet, but will do when the evenings get colder. I like to use the set while sitting outside in the early morning sunrise"
"All the furniture is well made, sturdy yet comfortable. The cushions are interchangeable which is convenient. The firepit is easy to operate and a great addition to the set. Having a separate plate for the top of the firepit would really add to it so you can place drinks or plates when it is not in use. The shipping information was not as up to date as I would have liked but the FedEx freight shipping was outstanding. Overall I highly recommend this outdoor set, keep in mind it takes over a month to receive it."
"Beautiful! Exactly what I wanted. Colors were true to images - sand and ocean teal. Very comfortable, supportive cushions. Paid for the white glove service. Well worth it! The crew was polite, accommodating, and efficient. Furniture was set up in under an hour so I could sit and enjoy. Included a Coverstore cover for the fire table. Ordered Coverstore Elite covers for the couch and chairs to help protect against the elements. They seem to be good quality. Very pleased overall!"
"Beautiful design, but miserable to assemble. Had to completely take apart the arm chairs and reassemble them in order to properly align the seat and arms. Had to file a complaint for the sofa and wait for a new one to arrive. The pre-drilled holes don't line up. The material is cheap for the overall cost of the furniture. Very disappointed in this purchase. Not worth the amount of money spent"
"The furniture is beautiful though the installers did not set up the fire pit table correctly, so it didn't work. My husband was able to troubleshoot online and find two wires that weren't connected. The installers never asked that we test the unit. They simply left."
"It has been two months and I am still waiting for my order. Pretty funny that you asked to see photos of it in my space."
"Like the looks, fire pit has several screws that had fallen out of tank holder and were floating around in packaging. Fortunately able to locate them and reinstall. Defective screw in the sofa, had to order replacement."
