Do the black chairs get hotter than other colors in the sun?

We have designed POLYWOOD furniture to withstand all weather conditions outdoors. However, darker-colored lumber tends to absorb heat on hot, sunny days. We recommend testing the temperature of the furniture with the back of your hand to ensure it's safe to sit on.
