We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"These chairs are great. They withstand the harsh Utah sun and don’t get blown around, so I was happy to buy more. When checking out, I had the option for “white glove delivery” which I thought meant that they would put the chair together - I was wrong about that, so don’t be fooled!"
"We purchased two of these plus a side table. They arrived quickly and were very easy to assemble. The quality of the materials used is excellent and perfect for our desert climate. We get a lot of blowing dust and these are very easy to keep clean by simply hosing them down."
"Here is my feedback based on category: Shipping - Be aware that because these are made to order, they can take a month or maybe even longer to be received. I didn't realize this at first. Also fedex delivered 1 chair, and then 3 days later, delivered the other chair and table (as this was a set I ordered). Assembly - The manufacturing tolerances need to be tightened up considering the premium price tag with these products. Pre-drilled holes were not correct size. Hex bolts are supposed to be 4mm but were more like 3 1/2, so getting hex tool to grip the bolt was challenging. The instructions ask you to screw in a coupler bolt "by hand" but you need 1990's Arnold Schwarzenegger grip strength to accomplish this. Have a pair of grip pliers ready. Also you will need a 7/16th wrench for the nuts that go into the bolts (instructions do say that's not included, but for that price, should be). Only a 4mm hex key is provided. Lastly, whomever wrote the instructions seems to forget we live in world with gravity, because there is no way to assemble some of the pieces as pictured. I had to use a ledge and some creative use of physics to assemble some of the pieces. Quality/Comfort - The Polywood is excellent quality, as I expected. The chairs are a little oversized which is nice if you want to add cushions later. Love that I wont have to put these in the shed during the winter time as I know they wont get damaged or fade during the summer."
