We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"We have been steadily adding Plywood furniture to our home because it is SO COMFY! No cushions needed! Only drawback (4 stars) for the rocker is that the rocking arc is rather stunted (and I would prefer a longer rocking arc). Nevertheless, the Plywood Modern Curveback is graceful, looks fab, and brings us much joy."
"For some context, we live in Brookfield, Wisconsin, where temperatures range from -40 to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. We get high winds that often crack branches off our silver maple, and we can have snow seven months out of the year. I do not plan on covering these chairs in the winter. The Kona color does not show dirt or water stains. Other than maybe a blast from the hose in the spring, these chairs require no maintenance. The dark color does absorb heat from the sun, but it does not make the chairs too hot or uncomfortable to sit on. Kona is a dark brown with very subtle veins of black, which perfectly complements my real-wood pergola stained in dark brown. Fifteen years ago, I owned Polywood at my previous home, and the buyer insisted that it be part of the sale! (That set is still in use. ) As for these Modern Adirondack Curved-Back Rockers in Kona, I could not be more pleased with the color, style, and construction. The curved-back model is a little wider in the seat, which is great since I usually have a blanket and a dog on my lap. I also bought the chair pad for the rocker, but honestly, the chair is still super comfortable without it. More context: I am a 62-year-old, highly inflexible female, and I assembled this on my patio on my knees in brutal 90-degree heat. There was one part that was not pre-drilled, but Polywood quickly sent me a replacement—no questions asked! (I was instructed to dispose of the defective part in our recycling bin since it’s recyclable. ) I’m not super handy, but these were relatively easy to put together, taking me about two hours per chair (YMMV). Some of the screws didn’t line up perfectly with the holes. What I found easiest to do was to leave each screw loose until the very end so there was some play when aligning the parts. I also found that putting the screw into the hole to "prime" it before connecting the two parts made assembly much easier. While these extra steps extended the overall assembly time, they made the process much smoother. Additional time was also needed to reposition my body and deal with leg cramps 🥴. Overall, it's a 10/10—I would absolutely purchase these chairs again."
