I see you answered a prior question that they “fold flat” for storage but do they lay open flat so you can lay on your stomach on it?

Hi Tricia, Great question! Our Chaise Lounges are not designed to be laid on while they are lying flat. The lounges do not have a setting on the back assembly to balance the lounge or offer support. If used in this way, while lying down, the chaise lounge would lean and tilt backwards. Thanks for asking! Hannah

I’m look at buying a chaise lounge set in the sand color. Just curious what makes the sand color more expensive and if it holds up as well as any other color? Also, if I purchase additional pieces later, will the color look the same or does it vary by production batch? Thanks.

POLYWOOD is crafted from recycled plastic, with additional steps required in the manufacturing process for White and Sand colors to sort the raw materials that create the lighter shades. We also include UV inhibitors as well as stabilizers to help prevent excessive fading and protect the lumbers against degradation from environmental factors, so the color you purchase now will look the same in several years and you can add new products to match alongside existing products. We will be ordering a 7-piece dining set, 2 chaise cushions, 2 signature chaise with arms and wheels ,1- new port 18" table and 1- nautical curved back swivel bar chair. We would like to receive them by May 10th . We will be gone April 20-23. When should we order everything?

Currently the standard lead time is 1 to 2 weeks with some items having a quick ship time frame of 3 to 6 days. We can not offer an estimated delivery date as that is up to the carrier and any variables they run into with their trucks, drivers, etc.

The set includes 2 of the NCW2280. Each chair comes in 1 box, that is 64 pounds. The NST table that comes with is one box weighing 16 pounds. Total for the order would be 3 boxes, totaling 144 pounds. Is the hardware (any metal and screws) made from stainless steel? We live on the coast of FL and love the chairs but are concerned about any metal that is not made of stainless. It will be an eyesore with rust and stains if not. I don't want to spend this kind of money on something that I will have to personally paint over the screws in an attempt to prevent rust.

Hello, Our furniture is manufactured with 18-8 stainless steel with an AlloChrome 3200+™ finish and cosmetic coating. It. is very resistant to corrosion and won't as long as it is maintained. If it happens to show any sign of corrosion, we suggest cleaning the hardware with a mix of mild dish soap and warm water in a bucket. Apply soap mixture to hardware with a soft bristle brush, scrubbing the corroding areas of the hardware. After rinse thoroughly.
