We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"This is a solid table. Very heavy. Easy to put together. Like the rounded corners. Works great on our townhouse balcony. The swivel chairs that we had from the last set fit nicely under the table. Easily seats 6."
"Good quality materials but one hex head was not cut in a screw so I could not use it. I need to get a replacement screw to complete the assembly."
"The product I received was defective. It was missing predrilled holes and a number of the pieces sent were not fabricated properly. Plus, there were screws popping through the top side of the table where the slats had been completely missed during fabrication at their facility. The parts also did not line up which made assembly difficult and end result poor. I opened up a ticket for support, but never received a call or email about the issues aside from automated responses. Numerous pictures of the issues were submitted with the ticket along with detail explanation. After 4 business days and no response whatsoever, I called the support line. The person I spoke with was not knowledgable, but said that I would receive an update from Polywood that same day regarding what was going to be done to resolve the issues with the defective product I received. However, 3 more business days have passed and I have still not heard from Polywood regarding resolution of any kind. They have never responded to the whatsoever."

"Need to pre-drill holes where flat screws are required. They need to do a better job finishing to remove burrs in manufacturing process. I know the quality is good, but poor finishing work it makes it look like cheap plastic. Table is not as sturdy as I expected."
