Do / can you make any bar chairs that have over30" seat height

Hi Kathy, thank you for your question! At this time, our bar-height seating—including options like the POLYWOOD Nautical Bar Chair—is designed within standard bar-height dimensions. This typically means a seat height in the range of about 28" to 30". We do not currently offer bar chairs with a seat height over 30". Most of our bar chairs will fall right around that standard range, which is designed to pair comfortably with bar tables that are approximately 40–42" high. Hope this helps! Best, Miriam

We own a pair of ADDSV612 chairs in Aruba blue color, probably manufactured a few years ago, that appear to be of an earlier design. The footrest on our chairs is a full circle in lieu of the current design that is straight pieces with curved corners. We love our chairs. Can we purchase additional chairs in Aruba (not shown as an available choice) in the old design, or even then newer design? We would like to purchase 2 or 4 more chairs. Thank you.

What are the distance measurements between the edge of the seat and the foot rest bar? I can then do some simple arithmetic to get the other measurement of distance between footrest and floor. Thanks.

How do you tighten the screws used to attach the swivel mechanism? One screw is not completely screwed in and I need a tool of some kind to tighten it so it does not rub because of slight interference.

For this product, what is the hardware used for the swivel mechanism made of, and will it withstand salty ocean air/mist/fog/wind without rusting?

Hello Tim, Thank you for reaching out to us about our product. The swivel mechanism is made of 2 7" Ultra High Duty Steel Plates. It will withstand a Salt air environment fairly well. as long as low maintenance is kept up on it like wiping it off regularly see our other tips for Salt Air below. Keep your hardware in great shape with these corrosion-prevention tips. - Apply a color-appropriate appliance touch-up paint (available at your local hardware store). - Dab on a coat of clear car wax. - If the hardware comes in contact with salt water, rinse it right away with fresh water and towel dry.

Hi there! We are looking for swivel bar height poly chairs that are wide and also do NOT have a recline, like many of the adirondack style dining chairs have - when testing chairs like these, the seem to make it uncomfortable to actually dine unless you are hunched forward. Do you have any straight back, wide, swivel arm chairs in bar height? Can you comment on this chair's angle and send a pic of someone sitting all the way back in it? Thanks!!

Hello Colleen, I apologize, but we do not have any swivel bar chairs that have a straight back with no recline. We do not have any pictures of someone sitting in this chair. Please use the showroom locator, to see if there are any showrooms in your area. You can call them ahead of time to see if they carry any of the swivel bar chairs, so that you can try them for yourselves before ordering. Also, please know that we have a 30 day no hassle return policy. If you get them, and don't know if you'll like them, please keep the packaging.
