We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"We are overall pleased with the chairs, tables and cushions, although assembly was made difficult by quality control issues from the factory. For example, one through-hole was absent in one of the pieces, one blind hole was missing, and at least two other blind holes were offset from the mating hole. All needed to be re-drilled and this added quite a bit of time to the process. The assembly instructions were really well organized, so that was good. Also, there are several factory-installed fasteners in the pieces, and one of our chairs had two of these missing. We submitted a request on the website for replacement fasteners. It took six days for a representative to email back and confirm that the fasteners would be shipped in 1-2 days. It was mildly frustrating that customers cannot call and talk with a customer service representative. I would imagine that other customers may need help over the phone with assembly instructions, and that may be frustrating to other people too. In all, with the quality issues behind us, we are happy with the end product and we enjoy the set. The look and finish is what we expected for the price point. So in summary, I would recommend the product to a person who is comfortable with working through assembly challenges and having basic know-how with drilling holes."
"I bought 3 sets of these (6 chairs). I had only the tools provided (Allen wrenches), and had great difficulty getting the bolts in because the pre-drilled holes didn't align between the seat and back pieces. I used the included screws to enlarge the holes and with a lot of effort, this eventually worked. I did not over-tighten the bolts (I'm a 62-year-old female), but on all the chairs, there is a visible bulge on the outer bottom piece where the end of a bolt is pushing out on the plastic. I'm hoping that doesn't rupture with time/use, as it will not look good. I do like the quality of the materials and the weight. These are for a high-wind area near patio windows and their weight will ensure that they don't end up being picked up in a gust and thrown through the windows. I bought cushions for them and they are comfortable and the chairs are very roomy, and the "sand" color is a wonderful neutral alternative to white or gray. The texture looks like wood from a distance, and the style is very nice. I'm giving it a 2 stars because of the combination of the miss-alignment of pre-drilled holes and the bulging of the plastic. I think this is not acceptable in a product in this price-range that is already complex to assemble. Polywood should produce a video to show how to orient the pieces during assembly, showing that you have to turn the product with every step so that bolts/screws are inserted in a downward direction so that you can see and align the target pre-drilled hole on the lower piece. I used the flashlight on my phone to peer into the hole to see where the lower bolt hole was. It took me a while to realize this. Also, as the chair gets more complete, it is heavier and harder to turn. So in addition to it being frustrating it was quite a floor workout."
