We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"I really love this set. It feels sturdy but also comfortable. The cushions dried out nicely after it rained and it looks great! We got white, thinking it would be easy to clean up with a little hose down or light pressure washing, which was correct! It's a very comfortable set. I love the rocking chair! There's plenty of space to gather friends and family here. Directions and assembly are very simple. I was able to do it all myself (small female with big determination). Although, as some other reviews stated, I had issues with screw holes not fitting, so they had to send out a new piece, which then didn't fit another piece, so they sent me another replacement piece, because apparently I had a different version of that couch. It wasn't ideal and yes, frustrating but they fixed the issue and I have my dream patio furniture set! We are thrilled to have our first grown up outdoor patio furniture. :)"

"This set is everything I was hoping it to be! I love the color choices and comfort. It rained a few times this summer and the cushions dried out pretty well. Assembly was relatively easy, although we had issues with the larger couch upon arrival, since we were sent two different kinds of pieces. Apparently, we received an old version or new version update and pieces weren't working properly. It took a couple weeks for things to finally get figured out after they sent the first replacement piece, then realized the second piece needed to be sent out as well. We basically had a whole new bench sent to us in pieces :/ not ideal but it was finally figured out. Also, just be aware these come on giant wood pallets and you have to figure out where to dump them later. This was something I didn't realize. Overall, I LOVE this product and would definitely buy again! Highly recommend! It seems like these will last forever."

The structure of the pieces are sound and high quality. The cushions are attractive and well made. They are also very thick and comfortable to sit on."
