We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.

"Very heavy and sturdy table but really holds water on top. I need a squidgy to get the water off after rain. No way you’re putting the chairs together with your hands, you need a ratchet and some serious elbow grease. Usually as a female I put together all of the furniture myself but I actually needed to call in my hair and for added strength for the end chairs."
"Purchased on a holiday sale an still a high price but excellent quality and worth every dollar. 96” table with 8 chairs weighted just under 500 pounds. Prepare, all 9 pieces will be delivered individually boxed on a pallet, which is over 8’ long. Pallet would not fit through courtyard gate so had it delivered to garage. The 96” table is very heavy but easy to assemble with 2 people. Will need 2 strong people to lift table and flip legs to ground. All holes lined up and screws went in smoothly. Chairs with arms are a task with a double threaded screw. Hardest part is getting rid of the debris. Had to cut the pallet with a power saw and fold flat and tape all the boxes. Everybody that has seen the set loves it."
"Hopefully these photos help anyone considering Driftwood since I had trouble finding any photos before purchasing. We got this Vineyard 10 piece dining set on sale and it looks great in our area. I love that all of the chairs slide in so that it doesn’t stick out and take up more space than it needs. We splurged for the Driftwood color/style but I can definitely tell the texture/feel is more premium than compared to the others like the black Adirondack we have, for example. We also really like the driftwood color. It was definitely a splurge for us but we figured when you take the 20 year warranty into account, that extra money would be worth it in the long term. Excited for the many future BBQs and other outings outside on this set!"

I was really frustrated with the fact that the company delivered two different chairs with the set of 8 chairs. the two chairs had a different sku, but were different, yet similar. "We were so excited to receive our new patio dining set after waiting nearly a month for delivery, just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Unfortunately, we discovered that one of the table planks—with the umbrella hole—was installed incorrectly, with the hole completely out of place. While Polywood has been responsive and is working on a replacement, it’s incredibly disappointing that something this obvious made it through quality control and was shipped to us. Given the investment we made in this table, we expected more attention to detail. Now, instead of enjoying our new set with family and friends over the holiday weekend, we’re left waiting yet again. We truly hope the replacement arrives soon and without issue, but this experience has definitely taken away some of the excitement."
