We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order and will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
Most of our products are made to order. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Once part or all of your order is en route, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information. If your order contains mixed lead time items, the lead time of your order will match the longest lead time of any item on the order. For example, an order containing mixed lead time items may take up to 20 business days to ship, while an order only containing Quick Ship items will ship within 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed after 3pm ET may not be received until the following business day.
Please also note that when paying by check/money order, stated lead times will only take effect once your check has been received and clears processing.
Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 50 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 50 or greater.
All products are shipped from our manufacturing and distribution centers in Syracuse, Indiana, and Roxboro, North Carolina. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.
If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
The shipping carrier will typically contact you with a delivery date. Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please note this clearly when signing for the delivery.
If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:
For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Before Shipment: Due to tax calculation rules and fraud prevention, we're unable to update the shipping address for an order you already placed. If your order hasn’t shipped, contact our Customer Experience Team to cancel and re-order with the correct address. Please reach out to us via Chat for support.
After Shipment: Once shipped, your order's delivery address cannot be changed. If the original address is invalid or you don't want your order delivered there, contact us to see if we can reroute the shipment back to our facility.
NOTE: New orders will follow current lead times and pricing.

The Vineyard Deep Seating Ottoman is praised for its excellent quality and appealing looks. Customers appreciate its comfortable pieces and recommend it highly. However, there are mixed reviews about the cushions and side walls.

"As a compliment to the Vineyard Deep Seating LoveSeat... great match as used for an ottoman or table. Just had a big rain storm. Cushion dried in 24 hours."
"Purchased this ottoman along with the Vineyard deep seating chair. It was broken when I received it and i was very upset since I have read so many negative reviews about the lack of customer service. Pollywood was very responsive to my complaint and they made it right. I have purchased a few sets over the years and the ottoman was the first piece that I had a problem with. I love my Pollywood."
"Perfect fit!!!"
"I don't know why I waited so long! I bought two (2) to match my other Polywood furniture and they did not disappoint! Quick delivery and ready to use right out of the box!"
"Excellent quality outdoor furniture and a nice addition to our Vinyard set"
"The furniture is nice, but I expected somewhat more for the price. The white glove delivery was one person alone, an older gentleman, he was very nice and did a good job, but seemed to be a lot for one person. I actually ended up helping him. After paying $400 for a service I wouldn’t expect to need to feel that way. He did a great job. Otherwise, we are pleased with the product but at the price point it seems maybe like it could be a little bit better."
"The product was delivered without the cushion. It has been over 48 hours since I notified the company with no response,"
"natural select finish is beautiful, furniture is sturdy, a great addition to the patio"
"We like the ottoman so much we just bought another one! The cushions are well made and a beautiful color."
"Given as a Christmas present-they love it and it completes their porch with the rest of their Polywood !"
