We don’t have entire collections that ship fully assembled, but some of our individual items will ship fully assembled. You can view the assembly instructions for each item from the page. Simply scroll down until you see the dimensions and dimensional drawings. Just below this, to the left side, you’ll see an Additional Info header and below that you will see Assembly Information. You can click the words Assembly Information and you’ll be able to view the assembly instructions as well as see any assembly videos or tips we have.
We aren’t to assemble any items that require it in our facility due to limited production capacity, unfortunately.

Do any of the cushions have zippers for easy removal for washing?

Thank you for your question. On most of our cushions, the outer shells are sewn completely shut around the perimeter so they should not be removed. However, our all-weather performance fabrics are designed to be weather-resistant and easy to clean, so you should not need to remove the fabric from the cushion. What are the seat cushions made of? How firm is the foam used? Is the foam wrapped? Are the cushions (both seated and back) a comfy, ‘settle down into’ type or is it a firm cushion?
I love the Lakeside collection, but I do not like the button in the middle of the cushion. Can you order a different cushion? The button is unattactive to me as it looks busy and is also uncomfortable to sit in. Buttons also do not last. Dogs and kids play with them and chew them off (don’s ask me how I know!) I love the variety of product and the pricing of the Lakeside Collection, but do not want the button on the cushion. Thank you. Love your products.
