Even after years of sun, rain, and use, genuine POLYWOOD lumber will look as good as new thanks to our Color-Stay Technology. Vivid pigments run continuously throughout the material while UV inhibitors and stabilizers keep the hues pristine without the need to sand, paint, or stain.

Types of Adirondacks

The same style and comfort you’d expect but at bar and counter heights, these Adirondacks take outdoor entertaining to the next level.

A fresh take on a summertime staple, we edited the iconic Adirondack chair with sharper angles and cleaner lines.

Offered in a variety of colors, styles, and seating arrangements, these sets make it a breeze to design your dream outdoor space.

“The Adirondack chair is exactly what I needed for a certain spot on my shore home porch! It’s constructed well and, best of all, foldable! After sitting in the chair I ordered the ottoman too!”

- Cathy T.

Made using reusable plastics, genuine POLYWOOD lumber allows us to minimize our environmental impact. Our infinitely recyclable high-density polyethylene furniture is proudly made in the USA, and we offer free shipping on every purchase.

Why are they called Adirondacks?

Thomas Lee created the first Adirondack in 1903 to accommodate guests (and the rugged terrain) at his summer home in the Adirondack Mountains. While it was originally named the Westport chair, the better-known Adirondack name caught on as it gained popularity with locals and visitors in upstate New York. Lee's design featured the same wide armrests, straight back, and sloped seat we still see today.
